Agent access

Give an agent its own key instead of your password. Everything you can do on this site is an API call, so a token with the right scopes lets an agent work your queue — and none of it loosens the rules: Birddog still never sends an email or acts on LinkedIn, and every touch an agent records is signed with the token's name in the log.
